Welcome to the Social Media and Science Communication wiki

This wiki is the home for case studies, useful examples and advice about social media and web-based public engagement for the Science Communication Community.

This wiki is initially based on a dossier 'Exploring Social Media' by the British Science Association.

Social Media and Science Communication

The Science for All Report indicated a need to explore the current uses and potential for using social media as a tool for engaging the public with the sciences. As a response to this, a dossier was created by the British Science Association which then grew into this wiki.

This wiki serves as a central hub of social media expertise from the science communication community - If you would like to collaborate on this project, please get in touch with events [at] britishscienceassociation.org.
